Winter Dock Watch Services

When your attention turns to winter sports and warm fires, rely on the Watermark Marine team to keep an eye on your waterfront investment… your dock and ice-prevention gear. With weekly checks logged into our system, Dock Watch members have peace of mind throughout the winter season.

Broken propeller? Cracked tubing? Watermark Marine can handle the repair and, if necessary, provide a loaner to keep your dock ice free all winter. (Service costs are in addition to the monitoring-service fees listed below, with Dock Watch members receiving a 10% discount on materials.) We service all makes and models of modern ice-prevention equipment.

Dock Watch Service includes:

  • submission of New Hampshire Department of Safety “Aquatherm” permit

  • installation of circulator(s), timer(s), and signage

  • weekly monitoring of ice-prevention equipment all winter

  • adjustment of timer(s) as needed for weather changes

  • emergency repairs to keep gear running (service and materials costs apply)

  • spring removal of gear and storage at your site

Seasonal Monitoring Pricing

Seasonal pricing is determined by mainland site with plowed access or island property, number of docking systems, and number of circulators installed.

Please call or email for current pricing based on your property needs.
